Groop, I implore thee, my foonting turlingdromes

Today, EDITING. Yesterday I was slack. And tired. But slack. I barely got fifty pages done. Today, I will edit like a mad thing, get these … ninety-odd pages edited (far out, it took me six seconds to work out 377 – 283, clearly I’m still in Duntleburg today).

I’m reading Douglas Adams’ “Last Chance To See” at the moment, dear goodness it is funny. And sad. And unsettling. The part where he’s sitting near the ocean and notices some fish jumping up the beach and into a tree (“… which struck me as an odd thing for a fish to do, but I tried not to be judgmental about it”) is a perfect combination of humour and pathos.

But enough of that. Editing.
